Sugaring
At Nature Day Spa, we encourage our clients to try our natural solution for hair removal that yields amazing results with less waste. Sugaring is a technique developed by the ancient Egyptians that is made of 100% natural ingredients. There’s no need for muslin or sticks and we use biodegradable gloves. It’s our favorite form of hair removal, as it can extract shorter hair than wax, resulting in less growth between appointments. Sugaring is also a great option for sensitive skin.
Our Estheticians are knowledgeable and experienced in hair removal and sanitation, and our training program ensures that our clients are working with some of the best in the area.

Preparing for your appointment
Grow hair ¼ to ½ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice)
Exfoliate with a loofah or body brush
Take ibuprofen or Advil 45 minutes before your treatment
Don’t apply lotions or deodorant before your sugar
Arrive a few minutes early
You shouldn’t wax…
If you are using Accutane. You should not wax for at least 6 months after using the product.
If you are using Retin A, Renova, Strivectin, or any other topical or oral medications that may affect the outcome of your treatment.
For one week after laser treatments.
If you have a sunburn.
After spray tanning (it will remove your tan and leave a line). However, you can do a spray tan the next day after your waxing appointment.
Brazilian Sugaring
Bikini — $44
Sugaring for the bikini line outside of the bikini.
Regular Basis Brazilian — $63
Anything more than a bikini sugaring service. If you are coming in for your appointments on a routine schedule, every 3 to 6 weeks, this is the appointment to book.
“It’s been a while” Brazilian — $66
Anything more than a bikini. If it’s been more than 6 weeks since your last Brazilian, this is the appointment to book.
Regular BAsis Combination Wax & Sugar Brazilian — $63
Anything more than a bikini sugaring service. If you are coming in for your appointments on a routine schedule, every 3 to 6 weeks, this is the appointment to book.
“It’s been A While” Combination Wax & Sugar Brazilian — $66
Anything more than a bikini. If it’s been more than 6 weeks since your last Brazilian, this is the appointment to book.
